Weekly Photo Challenge: Lost in the Details

This week’s photo challenge was an interesting concept.   Lost in the details.  I loved the idea and frequently do just that.  I could spend hours in gardens focusing on a few petals or getting as close as possible. I don’t have anything recent though.  Then I remembered the icicles from a couple of weeks ago.  I loved the winter wonderland look of all the ice covered limbs and how it made everything sparkle.  In a couple of shots I tried to get closer to get a different perspective on some of the icicles and catch some of  the snow crystals.

I hope I caught a little bit of the cold, sunshiny day in this, too.
